What is horary astrology?

Horary astrology answers a specific question from a chart cast for the exact moment the question is asked and understood. You do not need a birth chart, the moment of the question itself carries the answer.

Before judging, one checks whether the chart is "radical" (fit to judge): if the Ascendant is too early (under 3°) or too late (over 27°) in the sign, classically it is too soon to judge or the matter is already settled. The Moon is always a co-significator and its condition says much about the flow of the situation.
